Use this form to notify SpinUpVPS that you wish to withdraw from a service contract. You can also contact [email protected]. A reason is not required. Use the numeric order ID shown in your order confirmation.

This records your request for review. It does not immediately delete your server or cancel an order automatically. Mandatory withdrawal rights are unaffected.

What happens next

Your request is timestamped and recorded against your order. We send receipt confirmation to the billing email and review the service, applicable withdrawal rights and any amount due. This form does not waive statutory rights or replace the ability to cancel a recurring subscription in your account.

Export important data before the service ends. Do not submit passwords or private keys.
