Prohibited activity
- Malware distribution, phishing, fraud, credential theft or unauthorised access.
- Denial-of-service attacks, botnets or scanning and exploitation without appropriate authorisation.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, spoofing or deliberate circumvention of anti-abuse controls.
- Hosting or distributing unlawful material, or violating intellectual-property and privacy rights.
- Activity that intentionally disrupts shared infrastructure or other customers.
Resource use and security
Stay within your purchased resource allocation. Keep software secure and address compromised services promptly. Ask before running workloads that require special arrangements. Any additional workload restrictions or overage charges must be agreed before they apply.
Reports and enforcement
We assess reports in context and may ask for more information. Urgent threats may require temporary restrictions while an issue is investigated. Where practical and lawful, we will notify the account holder of the issue and requested corrective action. You may contact [email protected] to contest a restriction or provide additional evidence.
